A Little Less Hate. A Little More Love.

Hello to the special reader of this post! We are wishing you the best as we write this post on letting yourself grow and rise this Spring and going forward! As humans we tend to overthink and stress on things in our lives that we may not have control over. This Spring we are asking you guys to maybe try taking a new approach to your endeavors and your spiritual pursuits. Challenge yourself to fall in love with you again and allow yourself the opportunity to let your best out. Try to face the challenges that unfortunately dim your light with a new grace and finesse. Rise above all the darkest corners of your mind that tell you that you are not worthy enough when deep down you can feel your power.

For some people the joys of life seem dim especially as of late. We beat ourselves up for failures and failed promises that we made to ourselves and let that determine how we treat and view ourselves in this world where there seems to be a need for perfection. We ignore our best moments and continue to pick at our own souls by referencing our worst selves to further tattoo the emotion of “undeserving” perpetuate the things we hate the most. But what if we changed? What if you let yourself allow for the love you asked for to enter, the job you wanted, the car you look at with hope?

Challenge yourself to speak about your highlights, we make mistakes, we fail, we get angry but that is all part of this life! The thrill that we seek lives beyond the fears we create in our minds. Would approaching that stranger at the bar be as exciting if you always knew you would get the number? The unknown is where the magic happens and the only thing stopping you is the fear of what others think. Your perception of their perception is the fear we live in and we deserve to release ourselves from self-hate and scrutiny but to look at life with hope and a purpose. Do the things you love and watch others love it in return.

Symptom of the Unknown: Laziness

As the paradigm of life begins to shift, I think there will be people approaching a new life journey of mastering their mind. One of the most difficult life challenges is creating a better self-image of yourself. We as a society have evolved in scientific and medical creations but have lost sight of the power of self-improvement. Many people go about their days burdened with unpursued dreams, negative self-talk, and expectations that others including parents may have placed over their shoulders. A yearn for change will bring up many personal questions but one most important of all, the difference between being lazy and uninspired in one’s life.

No pressure placed by anyone can be greater than the pressure placed on ourselves but with that being said what stops us from moving? When I say moving, I mean more so in the pursuit of our passions and everything we aspire to be. Often times we are quick to base it off of one vague word known as laziness to blanket over the myriad of emotions that stops people from chasing their dreams however the new question is where does it come from? What new age mental coaches have begun to ask is how to move people out of the fear state and into the abundant mindset. It has been determined that there is now a distinct correlation between fear and laziness, however with a few small changes we can begin to create a new reality for ourselves and the power and confidence to change our lives.

Laziness is the unwillingness to pursue goals, tasks, or new projects in terms of the current “comfort” in which our mental state currently resides in. Fear often times manifests itself unwanted energy and thought processes that hinder us from doing what it is that we love. Fear of failure, fear of unreached expectations, and fear of success are among the most common. Laziness is when you convince yourself that the fear of starting and never achieving is less valuable than ever igniting that dream in the first place. The self-dismantlement of one’s own spirit by negative self-talk to remind us of the false notion that our dream is unattainable. From the never wanting to hear the detrimental “I told you so” line to the heartbreak of never reaching your desired end goal can be discouraging.

There is however an end to all the mental madness. By priming ourselves with self-betterment tools and habits we can take the driver’s seat to changing our lives in whichever way we may choose to do so. Inspiration starts with the willingness to work on one’s self. It is understanding the idea that the more we begin to look and heal from within the more mental clarity and guidance we will have to bring us to all of our manifestations. We can give ourselves the permission to heal from the plagues of our past and look towards a new life by changing our perspective of how we view ourselves. Begin by telling yourself that you deserve it all and that you are absolutely worthy. Long are the days of the old you and welcome your hidden potential. Let go of those in the past who hurt you and focus simply on what you can do now to push you towards your dreams. Ask yourself questions such as “what do I like?” or “what would the better version of me look like?” Open ended questions about yourself will open new doors to new life creations. Remember the healthier and positive the questions you ask yourself are, the more abundant the answers will be.
